The usual cause is two different addresses. Someone signs up with a work address, then later signs up again with a personal one and lands in a second, empty account. Another common version: signing up once on the marketing site and once through an agent setup prompt with a slightly different address.
The tell is that credits, lists or exports you remember are not there. Before assuming anything is lost, sign out and sign back in with the other address. In most cases the missing work is simply in the other account.
If you genuinely have two and want one, write to support@argorant.com and include:
- Both email addresses.
- Which one you want to keep as the surviving account.
- Anything specific you need preserved, such as a saved list or a recent export.
Send the message from one of the two addresses so we can verify ownership, and be ready to confirm from the second one. We will tell you what carries over before doing anything irreversible.
One thing worth setting expectations on: the 25 agent starter credits are granted once per account and once per mailbox, with plus-addressed and dotted variants treated as the same mailbox. Two accounts do not mean two grants, and consolidating them does not add up to fifty credits.
