Bounce rate is the number that decides whether your domain keeps landing in inboxes. Argorant removes the largest cause of bounces, but not all of them.
What Argorant does. Every address is verified at the moment your export is created, or served from a check made within the last 60 days. Addresses that fail are excluded from the file automatically and cost you nothing. That means your list does not carry stale addresses collected months ago, which is where most bounce problems originate.
What stays your job:
- Authenticate your sending domain. SPF, DKIM and DMARC must be correct before volume goes up.
- Warm new domains and mailboxes gradually. A perfect list sent from a cold domain still lands in spam.
- Decide deliberately on catch-alls rather than including them by default. See the catch-all strategy.
- Export close to sending. Verification reflects the moment of export, so a file that sits in a folder for months is no longer a verified file.
- Suppress everyone you have already mailed, and honour unsubscribes across every tool you send from.
- Keep daily volume per mailbox sane. Bounce rate is measured as a share of sends, so pushing volume through too few mailboxes amplifies every problem.
Teams that do these six things alongside verification at export generally see bounce rates that stay comfortably inside provider limits.
