The 7-day trial requires a card, so the honest question is how to stop it. The answer is one page and one click.
- Open Profile then Billing.
- Find your trial in the plan section.
- Choose to cancel.
- Confirm. The screen tells you the date access ends.
Cancelling stops the renewal. It does not lock you out on the spot: the platform UI and any credits you already have stay usable until the trial period ends, so cancelling on day two still leaves you five days to finish evaluating.
What survives afterwards is more than people expect. Your account remains open and free. Searches, market counts and redacted previews stay available on the free tier, unlimited, with no card. Your saved lists remain, and every export you already created stays downloadable from the Exports page. Verified contacts you exported are yours to keep and use.
Your API key also keeps working. If your reason for cancelling is that the interface is not how you want to work, the agent path costs nothing to keep open and runs on the pay-per-lead wallet with no subscription attached.
