Changing or cancelling your subscription

Upgrades, downgrades, proration, and what happens after you cancel.

Plans are meant to follow your volume rather than trap it. Everything happens under Profile then Billing.

  • Upgrading takes effect immediately, and Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the current period.
  • Downgrading also takes effect immediately and is prorated the same way. If your volume dropped this quarter, move down rather than paying for headroom you are not using.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan and its credits stay usable until the period you already paid for ends.

After a cancellation takes effect, the account does not disappear. It returns to the free tier, where searching, counts and redacted previews remain unlimited and free. Saved lists stay. Every export you created stays downloadable from the Exports page, and the contacts in those files are yours.

If you cancel because your usage is spiky rather than because you are leaving, look at the pay-per-lead wallet first. Prepaid top-ups at $0.035 per credit with no monthly commitment often fit an irregular pattern better than the smallest plan, and your AI agent can spend wallet credits exactly as it spends plan credits.

Every charge, proration and refund line appears under Billing with its Stripe receipt attached, so the finance trail is complete without any email.
