- Starter - 4,500 valid contacts per month, 1 seat, 30 API requests per minute. Built for a founder running their own outreach.
- Pro - 13,000 valid contacts per month, 3 seats, 120 requests per minute, webhooks, 5,000 checks per month for your own lists, and CRM plus sequencer push.
- Scale - 40,000 valid contacts per month, 10 seats, 600 requests per minute with priority, 25,000 checks per month, SSO and workspace controls, export governance.
Work backwards from campaign volume. If you send 1,000 emails a week, Starter covers it. If several campaigns run in parallel or an agent is exporting continuously, Pro is the honest floor. Agencies with client workspaces and per-client seats belong on Scale.
Nobody is stuck. Upgrades apply immediately and the extra credits land the same minute, so it is safe to start one tier lower and move up when a month actually runs short.
