You can have your Argorant account and the personal data attached to it deleted. Write to support@argorant.com from the address on the account, say clearly that you want the account deleted, and we will confirm before anything is removed.
Do these two things first, because deletion is not reversible:
- Download anything you still need. Open Exports and pull down every CSV you want to keep. Files already exported are yours, but they will not be retrievable from us afterwards.
- Cancel any active subscription. Do it under Profile then Billing so the billing relationship ends cleanly, and check that the final receipt is what you expect.
Deletion removes your account, your saved lists, your export history and your API keys. Any key you hold stops working, so tell colleagues or disconnect agents that use it beforehand. Remaining credits and wallet balance are forfeited on deletion, which is why cancelling and spending down first is usually the better order.
Some records survive deletion because the law requires it. Invoices and payment records must be retained for statutory accounting periods, and that retention is not something an account deletion can override.
If you are unsure, closing your plan is enough. A free account costs nothing, keeps your lists, and can sit dormant indefinitely.
