There is one currency on your account: credits. What differs is what a credit buys.
- Our data - one credit per deliverable contact you reveal or export. If the address fails verification, it is filtered out before delivery and costs nothing.
- Your data - half a credit per fresh check when you verify a list you already own, whatever the verdict. Addresses checked recently are served from that result for free.
The asymmetry is deliberate and it is the honest way round. When you buy contacts from us, what you are paying for is a deliverable address, so a failure is our problem and costs you zero. When you verify your own list, what you are paying for is the verdict itself. 'This address is dead' is exactly the answer you wanted, so it costs the same as 'this address is fine'.
Accounts that bought check packs or received monthly check allowances before 2026-09-19 keep that balance: it is spent first, never expires, and only then do checks draw on credits.
Credits are also what phone reveals draw on, at 10 credits per number returned. Campaign emails never touch credits; they come with your plan.
