Phone reveals are billed from the same contact-credit pool as emails, at a different rate.
- Mobile or direct-dial number returned - 10 credits.
- Phone reveal attempted, no number found - 0 credits.
- Company or HQ switchboard number - 0 credits, included with the record.
The pay-for-what-you-get rule is the same one that governs emails. A reveal that comes back empty costs nothing, so a run over a list with poor phone coverage is not an expensive way to learn that.
Phones are an opt-in on the export or reveal, not a default. If you do not include them, no phone credits are ever consumed and your export is priced purely on deliverable emails.

Budget accordingly: one phone number costs the same as ten verified email contacts. For most outbound programmes, phones make sense on a shortlist of accounts rather than across a whole segment.
Phone reveals are available on Pro and above. On plans without them, the option does not appear and nothing can be charged by accident.
