Card details are held by Stripe, not by Argorant, so card changes happen in the Stripe billing portal that we link to from the app.
- Open Profile → Billing.
- Click 'Manage billing' in the top right of the plan section.
- In the portal, open the payment methods section.
- Add the new card and set it as default.
- Remove the old card if you no longer want it on file.
Do this before the renewal date if you know a card is about to expire. Updating the default card does not change your plan, your renewal date, or your credit balance.
If there is already an open invoice from a failed charge, adding a card is not enough on its own. Pay the open invoice in the same portal session, and the plan resumes at once.
The same portal is where you update the billing address and company details that appear on future receipts.
If 'Manage billing' does not appear, your account has no active subscription. Wallet top-ups do not create one: they are one-off purchases, and each checkout asks for payment details at the time. In that case there is no stored card to update.
