When 40,000 credits a month stops being enough, you do not need a sales call to go bigger. The volume tiers sit directly under the plan cards in Billing and are ordinary subscriptions you can start yourself.
- Open Profile → Billing.
- Scroll to the panel headed 'Need more than 40k credits / month?'.
- Drag the slider, or click a tier button: 100k, 250k, 500k, 1M, 2.5M or 5M+.
- The card on the right shows the monthly credit pool and the price for the billing cycle selected by the toggle above.
- Click through to checkout. The plan starts immediately.
Every volume tier includes more seats than Scale, the shared credit pool, and full API and MCP access. The monthly and annual toggle applies to volume tiers exactly as it does to the core plans.
The 5M+ tier is the one exception. It is quoted rather than listed, because at that size the conversation is usually about dedicated volume, procurement, SSO and custom controls rather than a price per credit. The card links straight to our team.
