- Pick a top-up: 500 ($17.50), 1,000 ($35) or 3,000 credits ($105).
- Complete the Stripe checkout - cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work.
Credits are booked the moment payment completes. If your agent hits an empty wallet mid-run, the API returns a clear error with the top-up link, so runs resume as soon as you refill.
Auto top-up (charging your saved card automatically when the balance runs low) is rolling out - until then, top-ups are always an explicit click by you.
