The free tools

Nine public tools, what each answers, and where the limits are.

A set of tools at argorant.com/tools works without an account. They answer one-off questions rather than building segments, and they never spend credits.

  • Email Verifier - is this address deliverable.
  • Email Finder and Email Lookup - find a work address from a name and company.
  • Email Format - the address pattern a company uses, for example first.last@.
  • Email Permutator - generate the plausible candidates for a name and domain.
  • Email Extractor and Email Scraper - pull addresses out of pasted text or HTML.
  • Company Lookup - what we hold on a company.
  • Domain Search - coverage for a domain at a glance.

When to use a tool and when to use the app

A tool answers a question about one person or one company. The app answers a question about a market. If you find yourself running the same tool twenty times, that is a search, and People search will do it in one query with a live count, free.

What signing in adds

  • Higher limits than the anonymous caps.
  • Results that persist, in lists and exports rather than a browser tab.
  • Verification at export, so a whole list is checked at the moment you take it.
  • The API, CLI and MCP for the same operations at volume.

A free account costs nothing and takes about a minute, and searching and counting inside it are unlimited.
