Roadmap, changelog and status

Where to see what shipped, what is coming, and whether something is down.

Three public pages answer three different questions, and they are worth knowing before you write to support.

  • Status - is the platform healthy right now. Check this first when search, exports or the API behave oddly. A temporary error message plus a degraded status page means waiting is the correct action.
  • Changelog - what actually shipped, newest first. If a screen looks different from what a help article describes, the changelog usually explains why.
  • Roadmap - what is planned, and where you can vote on it.

Voting on the roadmap

Votes are one click and weigh into what gets built next. There is a daily ceiling so a single enthusiastic account cannot tilt the ranking:

Too many votes today.

Come back tomorrow, or send the case for the feature to support@argorant.com. A short note explaining the workflow you are blocked on carries more weight than a vote.

Requests that arrive with a concrete example (the segment you are building, the tool you are pushing into, the volume) get prioritized more accurately than abstract ones.
