Three public pages answer three different questions, and they are worth knowing before you write to support.
- Status - is the platform healthy right now. Check this first when search, exports or the API behave oddly. A temporary error message plus a degraded status page means waiting is the correct action.
- Changelog - what actually shipped, newest first. If a screen looks different from what a help article describes, the changelog usually explains why.
- Roadmap - what is planned, and where you can vote on it.
Voting on the roadmap
Votes are one click and weigh into what gets built next. There is a daily ceiling so a single enthusiastic account cannot tilt the ranking:
Too many votes today.
Come back tomorrow, or send the case for the feature to support@argorant.com. A short note explaining the workflow you are blocked on carries more weight than a vote.
Requests that arrive with a concrete example (the segment you are building, the tool you are pushing into, the volume) get prioritized more accurately than abstract ones.
