Where your work is saved: Lists and Exports

The difference between a saved list and a finished export.

Two pages hold everything you build, and they do different jobs. Mixing them up is the most common source of "where did my list go".

  • Lists (/lists) store filters. A saved list is a living segment: re-open it next month and it reflects the market as it is then, with new companies included and moved executives updated. Nothing in a list is charged, because filters and counts are free.
  • Exports (/exports) store files. An export is a snapshot: verified at the moment it was created, frozen as a CSV, and permanently re-downloadable from this page.

The workflow that follows from that: keep one saved list per segment, and export a fresh slice of it whenever a campaign starts. The list is the definition, the export is the delivery.

Exports also survive you leaving the page. Large ones process in the background, so you can start one, keep searching, and pick up the finished CSV from Exports later. Each row carries name, title, company, email, location and verification status.

Both pages are reachable by your AI agent too. An agent can re-run a saved list and create an export through the API and MCP, using the same account, the same credits and the same verification rules.
