Two emails matter for getting into your account: the 6-digit confirmation code at signup, and the password reset link. Both are transactional, so they are sent immediately and they arrive even if you have unsubscribed from everything else. When one does not show up, the cause is almost always on the receiving side.
- It is in spam or junk. This is the answer more often than every other cause combined. Check there first, and mark the message as not spam so the next one lands properly.
- Your mail client sorted it into a tab. Look in Promotions, Updates or Other before concluding it never arrived.
- The address has a typo. A wrong character in the domain is invisible on the form but fatal to delivery. Confirm the exact address you typed.
- A corporate gateway is holding it. Locked-down company domains quarantine mail from senders they have not seen before. Ask IT to allow mail from argorant.com.
- You are looking in a different mailbox. Shared and aliased addresses deliver somewhere other than where you expect. Check the mailbox the address actually resolves to.
Two practical notes. Use Resend on the confirmation screen rather than requesting several codes in a row, and then use the newest code, because an older one may no longer be current. And give it a minute before retrying: delivery is usually seconds, but a corporate gateway can hold a message briefly.
If none of that works, write to support@argorant.com from the address you are trying to confirm and we will confirm it manually. Include your browser and what the screen shows if a reset link is failing rather than missing.
