The 25 agent starter credits are granted the first time a confirmed free account creates an API key. All three parts of that sentence matter, and a missing grant is nearly always one of them.
- Is the account confirmed? Unconfirmed accounts cannot receive the grant, and cannot create keys either. Complete the 6-digit code step first.
- Have you actually created a key? The grant is triggered by key creation, not by signing up. Create one on Home.
- Has this mailbox already had them? The grant is once per account and once per mailbox. Plus-addressed and dotted variants of the same address count as the same mailbox, so a second signup on a variant does not qualify.
- Is the domain disposable? Disposable email domains do not qualify. Use a real work address.
Check your balance on Home or under Profile then Billing after creating the key, and refresh once.
If all four conditions are met and the balance is still zero, email support@argorant.com from the account address.
Meanwhile nothing blocks evaluation: counts and redacted previews are free forever, with or without credits, in the app and through your agent.
