The MCP server exposes governed tools - account, counts, search, previews, list management, reveals, exports - each mapped to explicit OAuth scopes.
- Free tools (counts, previews) can run without limits.
- Spending tools are separate, so you can withhold them from a key or require confirmation in your agent's instructions.
- Every spend is logged and visible in your account.
Rate limits and credit checks are enforced server-side - a misbehaving agent can never spend more than your balance.
