Set up Argorant in Grok

Grok reaches Argorant through the MCP server where xAI enables custom connectors, and through the REST API with a bearer key everywhere else. The capabilities are identical either way.

Connector path

1. Add https://mcp.argorant.com/mcp as a connector where Grok exposes that option.
2. Sign in with your Argorant account in the authorization window.
3. Ask a market question and check that a real number comes back.

Key path

1. Create an API key under Profile, API keys.
2. Tell Grok the base URL https://argorant.com/api/mcp and the header Authorization: Bearer <your key>.
3. Ask it to count a segment. Counts and previews are free and unlimited.
4. Approve exports explicitly. Every address is verified at export time.

Good questions to start with: how many logistics operations leaders in the Benelux, which roles exist at 500-person construction firms, how large is the population of owner-level contacts in a country you sell to. Grok answers from the live dataset instead of from training data.

To keep an autonomous Grok session from overspending, leave spending actions out of the key you hand it, or state in its instructions that reveals and exports need your confirmation.
