Cancellation takes effect on the last day of the term you paid for. Here is what changes on that date and what does not.
- Plan credits stop. Any remaining plan allowance for the finished term is not carried forward.
- Platform access reverts. Reveals, exports and list checks pause.
- Your account stays. Saved lists, past exports and their files, and your API keys are not deleted by a cancellation.
- Wallet credits stay yours. Pay-per-lead top-ups are prepaid and are not tied to the subscription, so an agent can keep working on wallet balance.
- Billing history stays. Every past charge and receipt remains available in Billing.
In other words, cancelling ends the subscription, not the account. This is deliberate: many people run heavy months on a plan and quiet months on the wallet.

To come back, open Profile → Billing and choose a plan again. Nothing needs to be reconnected: the same API keys, MCP connection and saved lists resume working the moment a plan is active.
If you want your account and data deleted rather than dormant, that is a separate request to support@argorant.com.
