What happens after you cancel

The exact state of your data, credits and keys once the term ends.

Cancellation takes effect on the last day of the term you paid for. Here is what changes on that date and what does not.

  • Plan credits stop. Any remaining plan allowance for the finished term is not carried forward.
  • Platform access reverts. Reveals, exports and list checks pause.
  • Your account stays. Saved lists, past exports and their files, and your API keys are not deleted by a cancellation.
  • Wallet credits stay yours. Pay-per-lead top-ups are prepaid and are not tied to the subscription, so an agent can keep working on wallet balance.
  • Billing history stays. Every past charge and receipt remains available in Billing.

In other words, cancelling ends the subscription, not the account. This is deliberate: many people run heavy months on a plan and quiet months on the wallet.

To come back, open Profile → Billing and choose a plan again. Nothing needs to be reconnected: the same API keys, MCP connection and saved lists resume working the moment a plan is active.
