Verification packs add checks for verifying your own uploaded lists. They are available on every active plan and are bought in the app, not through a sales conversation.
- Open Profile → Billing.
- Scroll to 'Verification packs'.
- Click the size you want. Each tile shows the number of checks and the price.
- Complete the Stripe checkout. The checks are added immediately.
Two rules govern how packs behave:
- They are used after your plan's monthly checks, so a pack is a reserve rather than a replacement.
- They carry 12-month validity from purchase, so buying ahead of a big cleanup is safe.
The per-thousand price improves with size, and the tiles show it, so the decision is mostly about how much list-cleaning you expect over the next year rather than this week.
Packs never convert into contact credits. If what you actually ran out of is contact credits, the options are a plan upgrade or the pay-per-lead wallet.
