lemlist works from CSV uploads mapped onto campaign variables, and an Argorant export lines up with that model directly.
- Download the CSV from Exports.
- In lemlist, open the campaign and add leads by importing a CSV file.
- Map the columns to lemlist variables: email to the email field, name to first and last name, company to company name, and title to a custom variable you can reference in your copy.
- Enable the duplicate check so leads already present are not added again.
- Run the campaign's checks before sending, so any row with a missing variable is caught rather than sent with a blank placeholder.
The lemlist-specific tip: because personalisation variables appear directly in the message, a missing value is visible to the recipient. Always set fallback text for any variable you use, and preview a handful of real rows rather than the first one.
Every address in the file passed verification at the moment the export was created, so no cleaning step is needed before upload. Deliverability from here depends on your sending setup: authenticated domains, warmed mailboxes, moderate daily volume, and a suppression list covering everyone you have already contacted.
If your export spans several countries, split it by the location column and run one campaign per market so send times and language fit the recipient.
