No export credits left

What the message means, what still works, and the three ways to continue.

Starting an export with an empty contact balance stops before anything runs:

No export credits left. Upgrade to export more contacts and get a monthly credit refill.

Nothing was created and nothing was charged. An export is checked against the balance before the job exists, so there is no half-finished file to clean up.

What still works right now

  • Searching and market counts, unlimited.
  • Redacted previews, unlimited.
  • Saved lists: creating, editing, re-running.
  • Everything your AI agent does that does not spend, including counts and previews.

In other words the account is fully usable for planning. Only the moment of taking data out is blocked.

Three ways to continue

  1. Top up the wallet on Home: 500, 1,000 or 3,000 credits, no subscription. Credits are booked the moment payment completes.
  2. Pick a plan at argorant.com/pricing. A plan is cheaper per credit and refills monthly.
  3. Wait for the refill if you are already on a plan. Profile then Billing states the renewal date.

Free accounts see a different message

Free export is capped at remaining contacts. Upgrade to export more.

This appears when the export you asked for is larger than the credits you have left, rather than when you have none. Either reduce the row limit on the export to the number shown, or add credits. Reducing the limit is the better move when you are still evaluating: a 25-row export answers 'is this data good' just as well as a 2,500-row one.

Remember what a credit actually buys. One credit is one verified contact in the file. Rows that fail verification are dropped and never billed, so the balance you have is a floor on deliverable contacts, not an estimate.
