A handful of capabilities sit above the entry tier. They are never hidden: the button stays visible and clicking it explains the gate, so you always know what a tier buys before paying for it. These are the exact messages.
Pro and above
Phone reveals are included from the Pro plan. Upgrade to reveal direct dials.
Phone numbers in exports are included from the Pro plan.
Webhooks are included from the Pro plan.
CRM pushes are included from the Pro plan. You can still download the CSV.
Note the last one carefully: the CRM push is gated, the data is not. Your export downloads as a CSV on any tier and imports into the same CRM manually. The gate buys the automation, never the contacts.

Sending exports to Google Sheets is on paid plans - upgrade to unlock it.
Scale and above
Bulk exports above 50,000 rows are a Scale-plan feature. Single exports up to 50,000 are available on your plan - upgrade to Scale or a Volume plan for multi-part bulk exports.
A single export of up to 50,000 rows works on every paid tier. What Scale adds is the batch builder that fans one request across many parts.
Seats
You're using all
seats on your plan. Add a seat or upgrade to invite teammates.
Starter includes 1 seat, Pro 3, Scale 10, and Volume tiers more. Pending invites reserve a seat only when accepted.
What is never gated
Searching, market counts and redacted previews are free and unlimited on every tier including Free. Verification at export applies to everybody. Nobody is ever charged for an address that fails verification.
