A plan change is refused

Already subscribed, annual stays annual, invalid top-up sizes.

Billing refuses a change rather than doing something surprising with your money. Four messages, four different situations.

You already have a subscription

You already have a subscription.

You tried to start a new subscription while one is running, usually from a stale pricing tab. To move tiers, use the plan picker under Profile then Billing, which changes the existing subscription and prorates it, instead of creating a second one.

Annual stays annual

You're on an annual plan and it stays annual. You can change tiers anytime.

Annual commitments run to the end of their term. Moving between tiers is open at any point, and the price difference is prorated across the remaining term. What is not available is converting the remainder of an annual term into a monthly one mid-term.

Invalid top-up size

Choose a top-up of 500, 1,000 or 3,000 credits.

Wallet top-ups are fixed sizes. For anything larger, a subscription is both cheaper per credit and less clicking.

Finish setup first

Start your 7-day trial to finish setting up your workspace.

Some workspace settings only exist once the platform is unlocked. Start the trial from any platform page, then return to the setting.

This one is on our side, not yours. Nothing was charged. Retry in a few minutes and, if it persists, mail support@argorant.com with the time you saw it.

Every successful change is documented under Profile then Billing with its receipt. We do not email receipts, so that page is the record.
