A personalized sample is attached to the account it was created for. If it seems gone, one of these is nearly always the reason.
- You are signed into a different account. This is the most common cause. Sample links are usually opened with a work address, then people later sign in with a personal one. Sign out and sign back in with the address the sample link was sent to.
- You opened the link but never finished the welcome flow. Go back to app.argorant.com/welcome and complete it, then the sample attaches to your account.
- You are looking on the wrong page. The sample lives with your account, not in Exports. Exports only holds CSVs you created yourself.
- A rebuild is still running. After adjusting targeting, the list rebuilds within about a minute. Refresh once.
Also worth separating two things people conflate. Names in the sample are visible in your account. Work emails unlock with the trial. If you see the companies and the people but no addresses, nothing is broken, you simply have not started the trial.
If none of this finds it, do not spend time hunting. Open People search and rebuild the same targeting there, free and unlimited, or email support@argorant.com with the address the sample was sent to.
