Limits on very large exports

The 50,000-row single job, multi-part batches, and file size caps.

Exports are built to be big, with two thresholds worth knowing before you plan a run.

Single export: up to 50,000 rows

One export job delivers up to 50,000 verified contacts and is available on any paid tier. That covers most campaigns and most CRM loads in a single file.

Above that: multi-part batches

Bulk exports above 50,000 rows are a Scale-plan feature. Single exports up to 50,000 are available on your plan - upgrade to Scale or a Volume plan for multi-part bulk exports.

Beyond one job, the batch builder fans a request across many parts and tracks them as one numbered batch. That is the Scale and Volume lever. On lower tiers, the honest workaround is to slice the segment yourself by country or industry and run several single exports, which also produces better-organised files.

Batch and file caps

A batch can contain at most 200 CSV files.

The selected CSV batch is larger than 64 MB.

File too large (max 50MB)

These apply to uploads and to batch assembly. If you hit them, split by segment rather than compressing: smaller files import faster into sequencers and CRMs anyway, and a failed 60 MB import is a worse day than four clean 15 MB ones.

Planning a large run

  1. Read the count first. It is free and it is the number your credits will be measured against.
  2. Estimate the credit cost before starting, so the balance is topped up once rather than mid-run.
  3. Split along an axis you will use in the campaign anyway.
  4. Start the job and leave. Verification at export takes real time on large sets.

Through the API and CLI the same limits apply, and argorant export status reports each part separately so a pipeline can resume cleanly.
