Because counts are free and unlimited, Argorant works as a market sizing tool before it works as a lead source. This is the workflow teams use to produce a defensible number.
- Define the company, not the person. Set industry, keyword and company size only. Leave role and seniority empty. This is your company universe.
- Read the count per country. Select one country at a time and write the number down. Use region shortcuts for blocks. This gives you a market map instead of one blended figure.
- Add the buyer. Now add seniority and titles. The drop from step 2 to step 3 tells you how many decision makers exist per company in your segment.
- Record the numbers per segment in your own sheet: market, company universe, buyer pool.
- Sanity check with previews. Read twenty redacted rows per segment before you trust the number.

Two notes on interpreting the result. The buyer pool is a pool, not a mailing list: verification at export will remove addresses that cannot receive mail, and you should plan on mailing a subset anyway. And coverage is deepest in Europe and North America, so compare markets within a region before comparing across continents.
The entire exercise costs zero credits, and you can repeat it whenever your ICP changes.
